After creating an account you need to submit your site link for the approval process and if you get approved you have to choose your desired ad size and can place wherever you want to. After choosing your ad size they will provide you with an HTML link, you just need to paste that link to your site to show ads.

How Ad network will pay me?

Ad networks pay at different rates and different systems. They are CPM, CPC, CPA, CPV and as follows. CPM is Cost Per Impressions that means when any visitor watch your ads that counts as 1 impression and for every impression you will get paid. CPC stands for Cost Per Click and that means when visitors only click on your ads then you will get paid. CPA stands for Cost Per Action means when visitors take any action or step for the provided ad link then you will get paid. CPV stands for Cost Per Views that means when visitors view your site you will get paid. and this way ad networks pay. But different ad networks have different paying system that means some ad network will only pay for CPC and some will pay for CPM and many of them have all paying system.
